The energy efficiency scheme which is administered by Greater Manchester’s Business Growth hub enables eligible businesses the chance to apply for up to 50% in grants for the purchase and installation of new LED lighting systems.
Funding is provided to projects of between £1,000 – £12,500 of product purchase and installation. The business must also be located within the boundaries of Greater Manchester (Cities of Manchester and Salford and Metropolitan Boroughs of Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan). Eligible businesses must also fall within the EU’s definition of a small or medium enterprise (SME).
Businesses must book a number of site surveys with LED industrial lighting specialists to prove they can meet the required energy savings. These are also submitted to the Energy Efficiency Scheme to ensure they meet the required levels.

Funding is provided on a first come, first serve basis, so please make sure you don’t miss out on the chance to save a large proportion of your product and installation costs. If you own a warehouse in Rochdale, a garage in Trafford or a factory in Bury, now is the time to book a site survey with us and apply for your grant.
